Mosaic Counselling & Psychotherapy in Meath
Asking for help isn't easy. You might have been thinking about it for weeks or months before finding your way here. I'm glad you did.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation by phone or video call. This gives us both a chance to see if we're a good fit. You can share a bit about what's bringing you to therapy, ask any questions, and we'll arrange your first session if you'd like to go ahead.

As an integrative therapist, I draw from different modalities to meet your unique needs. There’s no single “right” way to work through difficult emotions — what matters most is what works for you.

You are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide a non-judgemental, accepting space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.

Sometimes our present struggles have deep roots in past experiences. Together we can explore how early relationships and patterns may be influencing your current life, helping you understand and release what no longer serves you.

Life often raises challenging questions about meaning, choice, and identity. Existential therapy helps you explore these questions and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling way of being.
For some people, sitting face-to-face indoors can feel overwhelming. Walk and Talk Therapy offers a gentle alternative — we meet outdoors for a slow-paced stroll while engaging in therapy.
This approach combines the grounding effects of nature with the reflective space of psychotherapy. Walking side by side often makes it easier to open up, and the rhythm of movement can help thoughts flow more naturally.
Walk and Talk Therapy isn’t a hike or exercise session — it’s a relaxed walk, usually along a quiet local route such as the Bettystown–Laytown coastal area. The focus remains on your emotional wellbeing, not physical performance.
Sessions follow the same structure and ethical standards as indoor therapy, including clear boundaries around confidentiality, safety, and session length. If the weather is poor or you prefer to be indoors, sessions can easily move online instead.
I currently offer therapy online across Ireland and through walk and talk sessions locally in Bettystown and Laytown. Soon, I will also be offering face-to-face sessions in Bettystown, Co. Meath.
Online therapy allows you to access support from wherever feels most comfortable and private — whether that’s your home, office, or another safe space.
If you’re unsure which format would suit you best, we can discuss the options during your free consultation.
Sessions last 50 minutes and cost €70 per session. Payment can be made by bank transfer before each session.
I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation. This gives us an opportunity to meet, talk about what's bringing you to counselling, and see if we feel like a good fit to work together. There's no obligation to continue after this initial chat.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and sometimes you need to reschedule. I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full fee.
