My path to becoming a therapist began with my own journey through anxiety and depression. I know firsthand how isolating it can feel when your mind seems to work against you. Finding my way through that experience showed me what genuine understanding and human connection can do.
That experience shapes everything about how I work. I don’t offer quick fixes or advice — I offer a relationship built on empathy, honesty, and care. My role is to walk alongside you as you find your way forward.
I work from a humanistic, integrative perspective, drawing from existential and psychodynamic approaches, and I often integrate creative and art therapy techniques for clients who find expression through imagery or movement.
I’ve worked with adults of all backgrounds in various counselling settings, and I’m deeply committed to creating a space where every client feels respected, seen, and safe.
I engage in regular clinical supervision and continuous professional development to ensure I provide the highest standard of care.
I work in accordance with the IACP Code of Ethics and Practice.
Reaching out takes courage, but you don't need to have it all figured out. I offer a free chat on the phone or online before we can decide if we want to work together.
