Zoe has completed her Masters in Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School and also holds a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a BSc in Psychology. She is currently working towards accreditation with IAHIP and adheres to their code of ethics.
Zoe sees the therapeutic relationship as a trans-formative relationship, that provides a safe and secure space where life experiences can be explored.
She works from a psycho-dynamic approach that integrates a person-centred philosophy, putting the person at the centre of the relationship. Zoe believes that through exploring the impact of life experiences and increasing self-awareness a better understanding of who we are and how we function in relationships can be achieved, not only with others, but also with ourselves.
