Sexuality

Sexuality is diverse and deeply personal. It holds all of the sensations and attractions we feel towards another person and may also include how we see ourselves including our gender. Everyone’s sexuality is different and may be viewed on a spectrum that may not fit a category such as straight or lesbian, gay, bisexual or transsexual.

Discovering our sexuality may bring feelings of confusion, guilt, shame and discomfort. At Mosaic, our psychotherapists are sensitive, empathic and skilled to facilitate you to address issues relating to your sexuality and gender.
