Chloe is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist holding a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a H. Dip in Psychology and a BA (Hons) in Social Science. Chloe is a member of the IACP and is currently working toward her accreditation.
As an integrative therapist, Chloe’s approach to counselling tends to change depending on the individual needs and preferences of each client. Chloe believes that counselling can help clients to accept themselves, even the parts of themselves they may not like. Our ways of thinking, being or perceiving may have been useful to us in the past but perhaps these things are no longer serving us well and it may be time to take a closer look at unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.
In a warm and safe environment, free from judgement, clients can explore what is going on for them and together, both client and therapist can decide which therapeutic approach would be most helpful. Chloe has worked with issues such as anxiety, burnout, panic attacks, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, bereavement and loss, infidelity, addiction, schizophrenia and OCD.
