Anxiety is a common feeling experienced by everyone in response to stressful or threatening situations. However, when feelings of worry or dread are re-occurring, overwhelming or not directly linked to stressful events then anxiety may impact or interfere with a person’s life.

Anxiety can affect self-esteem, mood, relationships and work life and can restrict the choices we make in life. Counselling and Psychotherapy can be a platform to explore the causes of the anxiety by using Cognitive behaviour techniques to manage and reduce anxiety levels.
